SCAM COMPANY
I ordered one jacket mid December, was told I would have after Christmas since it was very busy which is fair enough. I emailed at the start of January enquiring about my order, was told the jacket I ordered was completely out of stock and to choose two items to ship from the site for the inconvenience. I chose two and they told me to choose something else, so I got fed up and asked for a refund. And then they would not reply to my emails for days , so I had to basically abuse and hound them for my money back. Was a joke! In total sent 14 emails to get a reply. I would recommend you don’t order off this site it’s a scam, if I didn’t make such a effort they would of happily kept my money and never sent the order

Great laugh dealing with these...
Absolutely embarrassing excuse for a company. Ordered in November, was told I would have it in a week, obviously didn’t happen. Been told today after weeks of chasing, that their supplier/ manufacturer is not sending out orders so my only option is to have some products they currently have in stock. They cannot afford to give refunds as ‘they have lost £1000s’. As this was my only option I picked 3 items out of the 8 left available on the website (these 8 items were the only products they had left to hand). This is where it gets even more comical, the first option I asked for was a jacket, I was told immediately it was out of stock. The second was a white and purple t shirt to which the managing director, Nick, replied ‘is white and orange ok?’. Finally, I gave up and agreed to have whatever they wanted to send, Nick then said ‘all packed and ready’ as if he was doing me a favour. I asked ‘will it be shipped tomorrow’ to which he replied ‘yea man’. Don’t bother ordering from then unless you have money to waste or just fancy a laugh.

Placed my order 2 weeks ago and still not received it. After exchanging emails saying it's on the way still no confirmation off delivery dosent take this long from China

Poorly run business - stock incorrectly advertised, unhelpful returns process, clueless customer service
I ordered five t-shirts. Three of them were incorrectly advertised as 100% cotton.

I returned the items and contacted the company to ask them to pay the return postage. Company policy is that they do not pay return postage, however The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, and all costs of returning the item in such a case should be met by Box Clothing.

Several emails:
1) I politely advised them of their error, and asked that they pay the return postage cost.
2) Box advised that they could not do anything until they received the items.
3) I asked them if they would process my request when they did receive the items.
4) They said no, I would have to email them again.
5) I emailed them again when they had received the items.
6) They replied that I would need to send them proof of postage.
7) I pointed out that the item had the cost written on the stamp, that it was sent by Royal Mail, and gave them a link to Royal Mail's pricing, confirming that I had used the cheapest possible method and their own packaging.
8) That was no good, they still needed me to send them proof of postage.
9) I pointed out that that would mean another postage cost, and would they agree to pay that too?
10) They ignored me, so I emailed them again.
11) They decided they would accept a scanned proof of postage.

So after 11 emails, all stemming from their original error, I now have to get access to a scanner. All for a measly £2.60.
Not to mention the inconvenience of getting to the Post Office to return the items in the first place.

Would I use this company again? Absolutely not.

Return policy is no good. This is the only place I have shopped from that returns have to be paid from the customer's own wallet.
